Reflection – We will be harvesting our highs and composting our lows from 2019 and beyond?
Connection – We will be connecting to heart wisdom and somatic body, breath and sound practices influenced by Yoga, Tai Chi, and Eastern traditions.
Intention – We will be working on our 2020 intentions to co-create a year that is aligned to what is deeply yearning to express and manifest as we Awaken the Wisdom Within.
Inner barriers –We will be identifying beliefs and behaviours that are holding us back, keeping us stuck and reliving similar experiences time and again.
Breakthrough – We will breakthrough into new insights and awareness around a new story of possibility and create tools to anchor this new being in how we are showing up in our life.

10% of proceeds will be donated to Swan Women’s Centre who support women to have mental health and wellbeing.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Please bring lunch to have with you.
What do I need to know:
Wear warm comfortable layered clothing you can easily move in.
Bring – a blanket, yoga mat, cushion and eye cover.
Water and pen and paper.
