A journey to explore the more subtle realms of yoga namely breathing, stillness, meditation & movement.
We will start with a gentle yet dynamic movement practice and explore various breathing techniques inspired by various yogic and Eastern traditions.
Chanting mantras we will connect with heart energy and raise the frequency of our vibrations into the higher energy centres (known as chakras)
To ground – we will move into Restorative Yoga (deeply relaxing and nourishing yoga practice) followed by a restful relaxation (savasana)
Finishing with a guided meditation practice and sharing circle.
Suitable for all some previous experience of yoga helpful.

Wear comfortable, layered, clothing.
Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 60 minutes before session.
For relaxation please bring a small cushion and eye cover (e.g. scarf, socks).
