Breathe & Receive Yoga Workshop 1

8th September 2018

13:30 - 16:30

White Wolf Yoga & Kitchen 14 Cook Street, L2 9QU Liverpool

£25 - £30

This is a journey towards exploring the more subtle realms of yoga so we are moving emphasis away from the physical postures that have become so popularised in the West and we will be journeying back into the roots of Yoga so to speak.

We will mainly focus on breathing practices (pranayama), mantras, mudras, chanting and meditation as well as interlacing Yoga philosophy. With the intention of exploring the lower chakras (The Root Chakra, The Sacral Chakra, The Solar Plexus Chakra) and amplifying the heart chakra.

Please note that this is Part One of a Two Part workshop (it is not necessary to attend both workshops if you have some previous yoga experience).
