With the stresses and strains of festive season looming, take some tome for you! Come and join us as we take a journey within, exploring a transformative meditation technique ‘Prana Samyana’ – Natural Breath

This is one of many techniques taught by the Buddha and outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. It’s suitable for both beginners and those with previous meditation experience.

We are going to be a small group so only limited places available.

Over the 6 week duration we will explore the different aspects of meditating with this technique and practicing together.

We will also do some gentle yoga, relaxation, yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and pranayama. (breathing techniques)

It is advisable that you aim to attend all 6 meditation sessions to really get the benefit from practicing and developing this technique.

Requirements:
Wear comfortable layered clothing – so joggers preferable to jeans
Bring water.
An eye cover – scarf, socks for example.

Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are available.
