Are you ready to connect with the Power of Intention?
In this workshop we will learn how to connect an intention with the infinite energy source of our being (Prana) by taking time to journey deep within. As we start with a dynamic movement practice, we will flow through an asana sequence as a preparation to surrender and be still melting into Restorative Yoga. As we experience deep rest and rejuvenation we will be guided into a Yoga Nidra and finish with a heart awakening meditation.
During this workshop we will co-create a safe space for you to harmonise and tune in as you begin to explore and embody The Power of Intention gaining both clarity and insight to take actions from a place of inner knowingness.
Through the workshop we will explore:
• Intentions (Sankalpa)
• Attention (Mindfulness)
• Yoga Asanas (postures) – to energise and relax
• Pranayama (breathing techniques)
• Yoga Nidra – a mind-body relaxation also known as yogic sleep
• Mantras – chanting and exploration of sound as a healing current
• Guided Meditation
• Creative Expression Circle
