During this 5 week course you are invited on a journey within. We will explore:

• Breath – Pranayama
• Intention – Sankalpa
• Attention – Mindfulness
• Movement
• Yoga Postures – Asana and Alignment
• Mantras – Chanting
• Mudras – hand positions
• Meditation
• Yoga Philosophy
• Awakening the teacher within
• Subtle body, Energy body

Each session will explore a particular theme. The session set up is as follows:

  • 40 mins asana practice, 10 mins relaxation and 25 mins meditation.

Energy exchange: £35 for 5 x 75 minute classes. £8 drop in.

Some previous experience of yoga and meditation will be helpful. Please contact me to see if this course is suitable for you.

Please bring a small cushion and blanket.
A yoga mat if you have one
Avoid eating a large meal at least 90 minutes before class starts
Wear comfortable clothing
