As we explore movement, mindfulness, sound healing and relaxation with a deeper intention of shifting stuck emotions, releasing fear, sadness and anger, and bringing our conscious awareness to begin a new story of possibility and awakening the teacher within.

We will turn our attention toward those places that are calling us from deep within. Perhaps we are feeling, stuck, stagnant, ignored, angry , heavy, lethargic, stressed, triggered in these areas of the subconscious body mind. Using yoga, movement, meditation, mindfulness techniques and power practices we will explore a new paradigm of self-awareness. As we begin to transform from the inside out, anchoring and grounding, releasing and breathing. In a safe nourishing space that we will co-create together. No previous experience necessary. An open mind and curiosity to learn is.

About Sion Jones: Sion in a meditation and yoga teacher from Wales, he has traveled the world learning to teach and train yoga and mindfulness in India, Nepal, Portugal and Germany. His teachings focus on developing a greater level of awareness.
