Breath & Being Yoga provide classes, workshops, courses and specialise in tailored one to one programmes to suit your needs.

One to Ones – Thalbir can provide a comprehensive and tailored program working in collaboration with you. She will begin with a 6 week program and the first session will last around 90 minutes. Thereafter you can choose 60 min, 75 min or 90 mins sessions.

Breath & Being Yoga have a particular focus on working with clients to:

  • Increase mental awareness and clarity
  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Increase flexibility and strength

  • Harmonise, mind, body, heart connection


I can travel to a location of your convenience and can also provide a suitable venue for the session:

First session will last for around – 90 minutes. Discounts for buying 6 sessions available. Pricing available upon request.
